Flash Company arts are looking for volunteers to support the development of our electronic music festival, Switched On, and our year round music events and workshops program, which includes. Wavelength (bi-monthly Electronic nights) Experiments IV (avant garde and experimental music events) and workshops for musicians. We have brought all of these elements together under the banner of ‘Electronic Us’ – inspired by the immersive electronic music events at the ‘Island of Electronicus’ organised by David Van Koevering in 1970/71.
We need people who will come together both in person and on zoom to support our curation, programming and keep us connected with the wider electronic and experimental/avant garde music community. We are looking for some key skills around curation, event management, connecting and building communities and hands on running of events. However,, we also want to connect with people who have a passion for the music and a desire to support the development of the scene.
